HE Giveth More Grace by Annie J. Flint

Annie J. Flint
, who was Blind, Cancerous, Arthritic and Orphan wrote these words:

He giveth more grace as our burdens grow greater,
He sendeth more strength as our labours increase;
To added afflictions He addeth His mercy,
To multiplied trials His multiplied peace.
When we have exhausted our store of endurance,
When our strength has failed ere the day is half done,
When we reach the end of our hoarded resources
Our Father’s full giving is only begun.
Fear not that thy need shall exceed His provision,
Our God ever yearns His resources to share;
Lean hard on the arm everlasting, availing;
The Father both thee and thy load will upbear.
His love has no limits, His grace has no measure,
His power has no boundary known unto men;
For out of His infinite riches in Jesus
He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again.

You are not Destined to the Dustbin!

I was thinking of throwing this "strechy" piece of thread. But, then I ended up making a wrist band with some "accessories"(which again were destined to the dustbin ;) )..

Moral of the story: If you are thinking that you are hopeless and your life has no purpose. How about asking GOD to reveal HIS purpose to you and to start working in your life? HE will surely show you the right directions.

And who knows you might end up being something really beautiful you never thought of !

Remember JESUS loves you! and You are not Destined to the Dustbin !

HE Came To Set the Captives Free

Isn’t it preposterous when someone calls you a “Slave” or “Captive”? We live in a free country. We have our rights as free citizens. Yes, of course, we are accountable to our higher authorities, but we are NOT their slaves. We are FREE!

Are you sure? Are we really free? Can we really say that? How many of us have a habit that has become a part of our life. Some of those habits may be really good but not all of them. How many of us have had a thought we start struggling with, only to find the more we fight it the more we seem to get caught up in it. Some thoughts or actions might seem nothing at first but they end up being addictive and sometimes, even shameful. And then for some it even ends up being a repetitive guilty pleasure (no matter how happy you are doing it, you always end up being guilty).

We have all sailed the “Guilt Boat” at some point or the other in our lives. It’s easy to get caught in such situations when it all seems innocent at first but it doesn’t take long before it all gets messed up. You find yourself struggling to get out but it always seems too late. It’s become so repetitive and addictive that now you think “you can’t live without it”.

Isn’t that captivity? Well I am not here to judge. All I want to tell to all those who can relate to whatever was said earlier, is that there is an ANSWER! How about trying to give the reigns of your boat into the hands of Someone who actually cares about your wellbeing and is as much desperate as you are (may be even more!) to help you get out of your situation. Come on, you have nothing to lose. Haven’t you tried everything? What’s the harm in giving GOD a chance?

How about asking GOD who promises to love you no matter what, to take control of your life? Ask HIM to teach you to love yourself and not hurt yourself. Ask HIM to help you have control over your thoughts and actions. JESUS is a loving friend. HE is never going to get frustrated if you fail trying. HE will always be standing right next to you to pick you up and dust you off when you fail. HE is not going to condemn you when you fail. You can always trust HIM. The more you let HIM control your life the more control you will have over your own life! Trust me, experience talks!

And the best part is your mind is actually in your control. But sadly not many of us realize it. When you ask for GOD’s help he doesn’t steal your reigns away but HE helps you to steer your boat in the right direction! Now, how cool is that!

I hope you will one day let your guards down and give GOD a chance. All the best for a captivity FREE life!  And remember “HE Came to Set the Captives Free”!
